Feeling a bit blue? It’s understandable. Our lives have changed pretty drastically in the past month. You may feel pressured, scared, lonely, confused. Remember, though: you are not alone. We are all with you and feel the same. People just react differently. So, let’s get a shot of hope and resilience, shall we?
Here are some of my favorite articles on hope and resilience from this past year. Feel free to adapt my suggestions to your current circumstance. An indoor picnic with stuff from the back of the pantry can be as amusing as an outdoor one.
This is a great time to exercise and expand our capacity for hope and resilience. We are stronger than we think!
