We are facing a global challenge. Times are tough and many of you are in the front lines. Optimism can be in short supply. So, how can you keep positivity alive?
Here is my suggestion: Add positivity boosters to your daily self-care routine. A steady dose of optimism is great for your mind and soul.
Positivity Booster Exercises
This morning affirmation takes less than a minute. So, you can do it while brushing your teeth. It helps you get ready for the day.
This next booster helps quiet your mind at the end of a challenging day. You can do it while preparing for bed or once you lie down. A well-rested warrior can take on most anything.
Add a gratitude practice with the following booster. Spread positivity and hope by saying “thank you” all day long.
Share empathy through “social nearing” sessions for a few minutes each week. Connect with people who love you or can understand you. Talk it out.
Positivity is a precious resource right now. I hope this post helps bolster yours.
